The home was professionally and personally remodeled by the Progressive Trail Design crew, and they even built a custom drop-in to the Durango Mesa Bike Park and the Horse Gulch Trail Systems Trailheads. In Durango, Colorado you are 30 minutes away from more than 300 miles of trails for biking & hiking, and Purgatory Ski Resort is only 28 miles North from the property.

Enjoy mountain views of Smelter Mountain, Hogsback Mountain and the La Plata Mountain Range from our two wooden decks with outdoor furniture, from the private hot tub on the upstairs deck, or from the backyard stone patio with Adirondack chairs.

Our private, 4-person hot tub is on the upstairs deck, and accessed from the primary bedroom. The hot tub is new, along with the remodel of the home that took place in the last year. The hot tub is available year-round, and we have hot tub towels.
